RETURNS

All sales are final unless a mistake has been made on our part. We do not offer refunds — only store credit will be issued.

If you notice that you’ve made a mistake on your order, please email us ASAP at support@effe.com, and our team will do their best to help you out. This includes changes to the order name, address, sizes, etc.

Unfortunately, once your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to it, and we are not responsible for any delivery issues that result.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any eligible items for store credit equal to the value of the returned items. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

If we’ve made a mistake — such as sending the wrong item, wrong size, or if the item is damaged upon arrival — our team will take responsibility and may issue a full refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges for size or other preferences. However, once your return is processed, you can use your store credit to repurchase the correct item if it’s available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a reputable courier with tracking and proof of postage, as we are not liable for lost or stolen return shipments.
