SHIPPING POLICY

All orders arrive within 3-10 working days.

If you notice that you’ve made a mistake on your order, please email us ASAP at support@effe.com, and our team will do their best to help you out. This includes changes to the order name, address, sizes, etc.

Unfortunately, once your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to it, and we are not responsible for any delivery issues that result.

Import taxes, customs duties, and related charges are the customer’s responsibility.

These fees vary by country, and we cannot control or predict the cost.

If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees or other reasons, you are responsible for:

  • The original shipping charges
  • Any return shipping costs charged by the courier
  • Any additional fees incurred

Please note that international shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections and processing in your country. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite or influence this process once your order has left our facility.
